We work closely with a bank that offers us wholesale rates, exclusively for agricultural, ranch, and raw-land properties. View our current rates here  (add link to go directly to the updated rate sheet). Minimum down payment is 30% and we can arrange financing up to $25MM.

Eligible properties include raw land, vineyards, avocado, citrus and other fruit orchards, produce and row-crop farms, nurseries, cattle and horse ranches and other similar property types, five acre minimum.

Refinancing of properties can also be arranged up to 70% LTV (loan to value), whether for tapping equity for improvements or changing the interest rate and term. Fixed rates, including 30 years, and ARMs are available.
