ANNE WILDER

Licensed since 2006, I have many years of experience arranging financing for various property types with a special focus on agricultural and ranch properties as well as raw land. In addition to my financing experience, I studied English and Literature at Humboldt and UCLA and have a background in teaching, writing, and advertising as well as business.

As for my personal interests: cooking, wine, the arts, reading, films, architecture, writing, history, and learning.

BRIGID MCMANUS

Brigid wears many hats and works from start to finish as processor and credit analyst for all of the loan packages we receive for our ranch, commercial, and private loans. She works directly with our borrowers, broker partners and referrers, and has direct contact with the underwriters at the bank. She collects the loan packages and does the initial underwriting and pre-approval letters for borrowers seeking to be pre-approved before they make their offers.
